With one full week left to finish holiday shopping, retailers are making one last push to online shoppers. More than 1,000 retailers are offering free shipping with guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve. On top of free shipping, expect bonus deals.

Free Shipping Day 2016 is Friday, December 16th. The stores participating in the shopping holiday will offer free shipping with no minimum purchase. Free Shipping Day is your day to shop if there’s a small item you’ve been thinking about buying, but don’t want to pay for shipping.

Shipping does add up. It can make or break a purchase decision.

Freeshippingday.com shows you the retailers offering free shipping, and the ones also offering a coupon code for extra savings.

While this won’t be the last push to get you to buy, it’s one of the last sales. That’s why the discounts will be deep, and it’s a day you should look for last-minute deals.

Free Shipping Day is still a big holiday despite Amazon’s year-long free shipping with Amazon Prime.

While free shipping is great, make sure you check prices before you shop. Some retailers trick you into thinking you’re getting a great deal, and raise the product price to compensate for the free shipping.

Free Shipping Day is a great way to make sure your items arrive on time, as shipping deadlines near. Free Shipping Day is one day after the Post Office mailing deadline for retail ground. You can still use priority mail. That doesn’t mean your item won’t arrive if you send your package regular mail, but it’s not guaranteed.
